My life mission is to feed God’s sheep. During this season of life, my particular mission is to help Christians become STRONG in the main domains of life and live out their calling in Christ Jesus.
As one who has struggled with depression, burnout, loss, and metabolic disfunction, I understand the difficulties in navigating through life and serving others, while experiencing emotional pain and suffering.
With those I work with, I offer my strengths of: 1) connecting and stimulating others with a desire to engage and make changes; 2) a passion for increasing understanding, skills, and positive outcomes ; 3) teaching complex concepts in understandable ways; and 4) providing the support needed for making REAL TRANSFORMATION happen.
I WANT TO ASSIST YOU IN EXPERIENCING THE LIFE GOD DESIGNED FOR YOU PERSONALLY. RELATIONALLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.
I specialize in providing guidance and support to individuals in the Christian community as they navigate their spiritual path, cultivate meaningful relationships, and strive for growth in both personal and professional aspects of their lives.
My formal educational accomplishments are:
- B.A. in Psychology from California State University of Fullerton
- M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary
- M.A. in Counseling & Human Services from University of Colorado, Colorado Springs

I am also an Adjunct Instructor at Grand Canyon University, teaching courses in the Graduate School of Counseling through the Graduate School of Theology. Outside of work, I enjoy investing in key relationships (I love playing with my grandkids) reading (recently enjoying Casey and Calley Means, Good Energy and Metropolitan Kallistos Ware, The Orthodox Way), hiking, and dating my wife.
